Dylan Hobbs
Principal Founding Engineer, Vouched · KYA-OS: Know Your Agent - Operating System
Bio
Dylan Hobbs is the author of KYA-OS and Founding Principal Engineer at Vouched. Governed under the Decentralized Identity Foundation (DIF), his architecture tackles the defining challenge of modern computing: containing unpredictable, probabilistic AI within deterministic, high-stakes systems. By replacing open-ended authority with verifiable cryptographic boundaries, Dylan builds the mathematical guardrails that eliminate runaway agent risk; clearing the path for regulated industries to safely deploy autonomous systems at global scale.
