Irina Marinescu is General Counsel at Continuum Partners, a data center development and energy advisory firm. A technology founder who built and sold an open-source developer platform, she brings experience spanning secured transactions, digital assets, software, and physical infrastructure. She also advises the Advanced AI Society. Her work explores how legal rights, technical controls, and infrastructure shape meaningful control over AI.
