Matthew is the Creator and Protocol Architect of Salmon and CEO of Archipelo, where he designs protocols and infrastructure primitives for autonomous systems. His current work focuses on Execution Verification Infrastructure (EVI), which establishes cryptographically verifiable execution history and state lineage across humans, AI agents, and automation. Matt's expertise spans protocol architecture, AI and cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software systems.
