Molly Mackinlay

Bio

Molly Mackinlay is a web3 executive driving core engineering, venture creation, and public goods funding across the Protocol Labs and Filecoin ecosystems. As CEO of FilOz, she steers core protocol development, while her role as a Founding Partner at PLVS focuses on launching new startups and research breakthroughs. At Protocol Labs, she manages R&D teams of up to 200 engineers and researchers. Additionally, she directs public goods funding through the Filecoin Impact Fund and recently helped launch the Filecoin Onchain Cloud for decentralized applications.
