Bio

Olga Vox is an economist, founder, and technologist building Alinea Institute to explore how human agency can shape an increasingly intelligent world. Her work connects AI alignment with institutional design, economic governance, and community, asking how ownership, incentives, and decision-making can support human flourishing as AI capabilities grow. Through Alinea, she is developing a platform for interdisciplinary research, real-world experimentation, and new models of collaboration and capital allocation.
